Requirements

Availability to work evenings.
Availability during Eastern Time business hours.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing communication roles, with a track record of meeting performance targets.
Comfort using CRM systems to track leads and follow-up activity.
Experience in the insurance industry.
Experience handling inbound leads, outbound follow-up, objection handling, and guiding customers through enrollment.
Experience with Zoom-based face-to-face customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound client conversations to explain insurance coverage options.
Build rapport with prospective customers and guide them through the enrollment process.
Follow up with leads promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Meet individual sales goals while delivering a professional customer experience.
