About The Position

Virtual Sales Representative – U.S. Launch ImpactBio is seeking motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Representatives to support the launch of a new pharmaceutical product across the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to drive adoption of a clinically meaningful therapy through remote engagement while contributing to a high-impact commercial launch. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare phone-based sales experience required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a virtual territory independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual engagement platforms.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (~10%) for regional meetings and trainings.

  • Women’s Health experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone and virtual meetings with healthcare providers to educate and engage on the product.
  • Execute territory business plans and ensure consistent follow-up on commitments.
  • Implement the strategy set by the National Sales Director as well as the cross-functional teams including Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.
  • Utilize insights on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to drive product adoption and usage.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards while representing the product professionally.
