About The Position

Virtual Sales Representative – U.S. Launch ImpactBio is seeking motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Representatives to support the launch of a new pharmaceutical product across the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to drive adoption of a clinically meaningful therapy through remote engagement while contributing to a high-impact commercial launch. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare phone-based sales experience required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills in a remote environment.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a virtual territory independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual engagement platforms.
Ability to travel occasionally (~10%) for regional meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

Conduct phone and virtual meetings with healthcare providers to educate and engage on the product.
Execute territory business plans and ensure consistent follow-up on commitments.
Implement the strategy set by the National Sales Director as well as the cross-functional teams including Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.
Utilize insights on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to drive product adoption and usage.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards while representing the product professionally.
