About The Position

This position is a Work from Home opportunity and requires a valid Florida Real Estate License and the ability to meet the Work from Home requirements listed below. We are currently recruiting reliable, professional, sales-minded individuals who are great on the phone to join our growing Virtual Sales Team.

Requirements

Valid Florida Real Estate License
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Passion for helping fulfill our mission to put the world on vacation
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
Ability to effectively present upgrade opportunities and drive sales results with existing owners
Quiet workplace free of distractions and background noise
High speed internet requirements Download speed of 20 mbps and upload speed of 3 mbps average ping below 100m
Must be able to hardwire computer directly to a router
Must have own personal device with a working camera to be used for the first week of training (until our computers reach your home)
Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot technical issues while at home
On-site training required
1-2 years of commission-based sales experience with a proven ability to drive results.

Nice To Haves

Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, owner upgrades, or consultative sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging Zoom presentations that showcase the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure while building rapport and connecting with prospective and current owners using company-provided, prequalified leads.
Present and sell owner upgrade opportunities, helping existing owners maximize the value of their ownership through enhanced products, benefits, and travel experiences.
Build trust-based relationships with owners by identifying their vacation goals and recommending tailored ownership solutions that meet their needs.
Participate in ongoing advanced sales and career development training designed to support your long-term success and growth.
Generate sales by initiating transactions, effectively utilizing smart devices, and applying proven closing techniques.
