APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC. is a young, vibrant, and dynamic private homecare provider established to meet the need for viable, cost-effective, and beneficial alternatives to institutional healthcare. Our strength is built on highly qualified and seasoned staff with over thirteen years of experience providing Home Care Services to Georgia senior citizens/older communities and convalescent children who would otherwise be unable to care adequately for themselves because of difficulty with certain instrumental activities of daily living.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in telehealth or remote care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual assessments and triage patient concerns effectively.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding their health conditions.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans.
- Utilize telehealth technology to monitor patient progress.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide timely follow-up care.
- Stay updated on best practices in telehealth nursing.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
