Your Role:
As a Posh Virtual Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our diverse clientele, representing their businesses with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing world-class phone support and customer service
Answering and directing calls in a timely and efficient manner
Scheduling appointments and making follow-up calls
Representing our clients' brands with a positive and engaging attitude

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
