The Pratt & Whitney Customer Training Center (CTC) is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to assist in the development and execution of next generation training infrastructure. Using modern commercial hardware and software, this role focuses on planning, prototyping, and guiding the creation of tools and processes that enable scalable, high quality training solutions across the organization. The candidate will play a key role in embedding these solutions into business processes and ensuring consistency, repeatability, and alignment with quality standards. This position also involves cross organizational collaboration, sharing best practices, and supporting both Military and Commercial Engine customers.
