About The Position
This is a part-time, remote position and the hours can vary from week to week depending on the classes. We are seeking candidates that have the ability to support training sessions during regular business hours.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer client service skills.
- Technical aptitude.
- Technical knowledge of WebEx, MS Teams, Zoom or similar training platform that enables the delivery of virtual classroom courses.
- Ability to provide high quality operational and communication capabilities to enable seamless information transfer between Instructors and service provider.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical coordination and support before and during the virtual classroom session.
- Operate the virtual classroom technical platform to deliver classes according to various delivery methods.
- Produce VILT sessions including managing interactive tools such as whiteboards, breakout rooms, and polls.
- Answer learner questions.
- Create and distribute links.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Manage chat.
- Advance slides.
- Support facilitator with activities and instructions.
- Provide technical support to students joining the session one hour before a class session.
- Respond to all non-urgent items related to scheduled class sessions in less than 24 hours.
