About The Position
We are seeking independently licensed therapists in Illinois to join a fully remote behavioral health practice. Eligible licenses include LMFT, LCPC, and LCSW. You’ll work within an established telehealth environment that allows you to stay focused on client care, with administrative and billing support handled by the team. The schedule is consistent, the workflow is structured, and you’ll have the support needed to manage your caseload effectively while maintaining high clinical standards.
Requirements
- Active Illinois license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Therapy, or Social Work
- Previous direct therapy experience (remote experience preferred)
- Strong digital skills with EHR systems
- 100% virtual client sessions
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment priorities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Monitor progress and adjust care when clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
