About The Position
We’re expanding access to care across California through telehealth and need licensed therapists to join our team. As a virtual counselor, you’ll help clients manage stress, relationships, and everyday challenges in a way that is both structured and supportive. This is a role that values balance, stability, and the impact you make with each session.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology
- Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
- Two or more years of therapy experience
- Skilled at connecting with clients remotely
Responsibilities
- Conduct secure online therapy for adults and families
- Create treatment plans that adapt as clients grow
- Keep detailed and compliant records
- Take part in ongoing professional learning
