About The Position

EQA is a New Orleans nonprofit dedicated to providing struggling students with the skills, confidence, and experiences to succeed in their chosen education and career paths. The organization operates three alternative high schools and a therapeutic middle school program. EQA's alternative schools are designed to be vibrant, flexible, and restorative environments that support students. The NET: Virtual program specifically caters to young people facing physical, mental health, or environmental challenges that prevent them from attending school in person. This program, currently housed within The NET:East High School, serves approximately 25 12th graders and blends online learning software with direct instruction, teacher-created resources, and personalized academic interventions.
