About The Position

Learn It Systems is hiring multiple Certified Teachers for the 2026/27 school year to work with students K-12. Learn It Systems is a national education organization dedicated to helping all children succeed. We are seeking team members who value collaboration, integrity, and making a difference in students' lives. This role involves working after school, Monday-Thursday from 3:30pm to 6:30pm, with opportunities to work with students in Duvall County. You will be part of a growing, interdisciplinary team focused on creating exceptional learning experiences for children in need. The position involves working within an educational team that includes a supervisor, fellow educators, and teaching aides, serving a diverse student population. This team collaborates with the School District of Milwaukee to provide high-quality education services in reading and mathematics within a small group learning environment. Key responsibilities include implementing program components and working closely with school personnel and parents. Teachers will collaborate with school administrators and classroom teachers to identify Title I students, plan and deliver effective small-group instruction, administer pre and post-assessments, and consistently track student progress and data. Effective classroom management, escorting students to and from the Title I classroom, and providing a safe and positive learning environment are also crucial aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • Certified Teachers
  • Computer and Computer proficiency required
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service to principals, classroom teachers, and parents
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds
  • Work location is in a school building where employee will need to be able to go up and down stairs
  • Frequent standing and ability to raise arms above the head
  • Hand dexterity for typing and entering data into a computer
  • Presently eligible to work in the United States
