As a Virtual Insurance Sales Representative, you will engage with Canadian clients online, present Globe Life products, and help families find the coverage that's right for them — all from the comfort of your own home.

Requirements

  • Life & Health Insurance License (or commitment to obtain prior to start — we support you through it)
  • Strong self-discipline and motivation to perform without direct supervision
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable connecting with people over video
  • Positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges
  • Organized, punctual, and reliable
  • Driven by purpose — a genuine interest in helping people, not just closing sales
  • Access to reliable internet and a professional remote workspace

  • Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or any client-facing role

Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients and conduct virtual product presentations via Zoom
  • Listen carefully to client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Complete and submit client applications accurately within compliance standards
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and clients throughout the enrollment process
  • Maintain up-to-date client records in the company CRM
  • Attend weekly team meetings, training calls, and performance check-ins
  • Actively pursue personal and professional development through company resources
  • Uphold AO Globe Life's standards of integrity and client-first service at all times
