About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Entry-Level Benefits Representatives to help working families, veterans, labor union members, and their loved ones understand and enroll in life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing support to help you succeed. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States, provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace, complete required training and participate in virtual meetings, obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities, and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
  • Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
  • Recommend personalized benefit solutions based on each client's needs.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process.
  • Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
  • Provide exceptional ongoing customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance standards.
  • Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
