Requirements

• Active IBCLC certification in good standing.
• Reliable internet connection.
• A professional virtual workspace.
• Self-motivation to manage a caseload independently.
• Ability to connect with mothers in the first five minutes of a consultation.
• Ability to make families feel heard and confident.
• Coachable attitude.
• High personal standards.
• Desire to improve one's craft.
• Ability to support a mother's decision even when it differs from personal opinions.

Responsibilities

• Carry your own caseload of clients.
• Build individualized care plans for families.
• Provide consistent support to families throughout their feeding journey.
• Give each mom the confidence and support to make the best decisions for her family.
• Participate in a clinical team with regular meetings.
• Engage in professional development opportunities.
• Undergo frequent performance reviews.
