About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, planning, reporting, and analysis for our organization. In this work-from-home role, you will manage financial processes, provide strategic financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and help improve overall financial performance. Requirements

• Previous experience in finance management, accounting, financial analysis, or business operations.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and analysis remotely.

• Monitor cash flow, revenue, expenses, and financial performance metrics.

• Support payroll, invoicing, and financial reconciliation activities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate financial insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with executives, accounting teams, and department leaders on financial initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Assist with audits, tax preparation support, and financial documentation as needed.
