Virtual Customer Experience Advisor
About The Position
We are seeking organized and personable individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Customer Experience Advisors. This role focuses on helping clients research, plan, and coordinate experiences based on their individual preferences, needs, and budgets. You will communicate directly with clients, gather information about what they are looking for, research available options, and assist them throughout the reservation process. The role also includes providing follow-up support and helping clients understand important details related to their plans. Requirements
- Must reside within the United States or Mexico
- Computer or laptop with reliable internet access
