Virtual Clinic Operations Analyst

Sutter HealthSan Francisco, CA
$54 - $80Hybrid

About The Position

Support the operational infrastructure needed to manage and scale Sutter Sync clinical programs. This role would focus on reporting, metric tracking, capacity visibility, issue and action follow-up, meeting preparation, decision tracking, and operational analysis. The analyst would also help identify current-state workflow gaps by working with the Epic team, reviewing data, observing operations, and gathering input from clinical and operational stakeholders. They would surface patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement so clinical operations, product, design, and technical teams can make better-informed decisions. This role translates raw data into meaningful operational reports, helping business stakeholders make informed day-to-day decisions. This position is a key developing contributor within their respective department or business unit. Bridges the gap between basic data extraction and advanced analytics.
