About The Position

As a Virtual Client Advisor with AO Globe Life, you will guide Canadian families through benefit decisions that shape how they live and how they are protected. This is a fully remote position with warm appointments, weekly pay, and a defined growth path. You will run virtual meetings with clients who have requested to speak with the company, understand their needs, complete accurate applications, and follow up with existing clients for reviews, updates, and life changes. You will also be expected to show up for team training and coaching.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Resident of BC, AB, SK, MB, ON or NL

Responsibilities

• Run virtual meetings with clients who asked to speak with us
• Understand what each family actually needs before recommending anything
• Complete accurate applications
• Follow up with existing clients — reviews, updates, life changes
• Show up for team training and coaching
