About The Position

The Virtual Assistant supports creators in the French market, with most of the work involving logging payments and communicating with creators. The role begins at around 3–4 hours per day and may grow to as many as 8 hours per day as the country team reaches 70–80 creators. It is expected to be reasonably active from day one, with the workload expanding over time.

The position is remote and follows French local working hours, stated as 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CEST, Monday through Friday. The role is offered as an independent contractor position. The salary range is $1,000–$1,500 USD per month; the final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on interview results, skills, and experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and comfort working in English.
• Organized and accurate with numbers, especially when logging payments.
• Comfort using Discord and familiarity with the main social platforms creators post on.
• Able to use Notion and create simple slide decks.
• Friendly and responsive when communicating with creators during working hours.
• Able to work independently and flag problems early.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new creators and get them set up and ready to post.
• Log creator payments accurately and on time, and answer payment questions.
• Answer creators’ day-to-day questions in their language.
• Manage and moderate the country’s creator Discord.
• Check that creators’ posts are live, identify missed posts, and flag them to the campaign manager and wider team.
• Ensure creators post on every required platform.
• Assist the campaign lead with one-off tasks, such as setting up Notion documents for creators and preparing slideshows for creator courses.
