About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and basic financial support to a fast-paced, global investment-focused organization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both operational and accounting-related tasks in a remote environment. The Virtual Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting internal teams, and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, Administrative, or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in common tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting finance, investment, or professional services teams
  • Familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping software
  • Previous experience working with international or remote teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and document organization
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice tracking, expense management, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting processes
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes when required
  • Organize and manage files, contracts, and internal documentation
  • Support internal communication and follow-ups across teams
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
