Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Zoom
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Calendly, Google Calendar) is a plus
• Previous administrative or virtual assistant experience is a plus but not required
