Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher AND one (1) year of sales experience OR High School Diploma/GED or higher AND five (5) years of sales experience
  • Previous sales experience in healthcare, medical device, inside sales, business-to-business sales, or a related sales environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling healthcare, medical device, wound care, or related products and solutions.
  • Experience in inside sales, virtual sales, or a high-volume sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or quotas.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to maintain productivity while working independently.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical, clinical, and product information to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads.
  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and providing information regarding Solventum products and services.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborating with field sales teams and internal business partners to develop strategies that support sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrating procedural, clinical, technical, and product knowledge to identify solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Following up on leads and prospective customers to develop relationships and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Closing sales opportunities while achieving established daily activity metrics and monthly sales quotas.
  • Maintaining awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and market developments.
  • Complying with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
