About The Position

Toyota of Deerfield Beach is seeking a motivated and customer-focused VIP Sales Consultant to join our growing VIP Sales Team. This unique opportunity is ideal for an experienced automotive sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping customers upgrade their vehicles through personalized service and consultative sales. In this role, you will work directly with our Service Department and established repeat customer database, identifying opportunities to assist loyal Toyota owners with vehicle upgrades, lease renewals, and replacement purchases. You'll work with warm leads and existing customers while delivering a first-class ownership experience that drives customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and high level of motivation to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers visiting the Service Department to identify vehicle upgrade and replacement opportunities.
  • Contact and follow up with customers from the dealership's repeat customer database through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Toyota owners and dealership clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles that fit customers' lifestyles and budgets.
  • Schedule and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors, Managers, and dealership leadership to maximize customer retention and sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed on Toyota products, incentives, financing options, and current market trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
