About The Position

Gamdom is building a next-generation, high-touch, data-powered revenue engine for its VIP desk, not just running a typical one. The VIP Portfolio Manager will own a portfolio that drives this system, focusing on ownership, influence, commercial impact, and shaping player behavior in the crypto gambling ecosystem. This role requires operating as a commercial owner where every interaction has intention and impact, building genuine relationships, and identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, reactivation, and churn rescue. The manager will deliver tailored bonuses, promos, and bespoke experiences backed by ROI, while monitoring daily player health and intervening at decisive moments. Maintaining clean and precise documentation of all interactions and decisions is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of high-value players with clear targets for revenue, retention, and LTV expansion.
• Operate as a commercial owner, ensuring every interaction has intention and impact.
• Build genuine relationships paired with disciplined outreach rhythms.
• Identify opportunities early: upsell, cross-sell, reactivation, churn rescue.
• Deliver tailored bonuses, promos, and bespoke experiences backed by ROI.
• Monitor daily player health: activity shifts, deposit behavior, risk signals, win/loss swings.
• Intervene at decisive moments: activation, cold streaks, hot streaks, dormancy, near-churn.
• Maintain clean, precise documentation of every interaction and decision.
