Mosaic is seeking Nightlife VIP Hosts who will be responsible for generating VIP table sales, cultivating long-term guest relationships, and delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, high-energy nightlife environment. This commission-based role is ideal for outgoing, entrepreneurial individuals who excel at networking, sales, and creating memorable guest experiences. Successful VIP Hosts serve as ambassadors for the venue, proactively building a loyal clientele through personal outreach, referrals, social media, and community engagement. They coordinate seamless VIP experiences from initial booking through the guest's departure while working collaboratively with management and operations to maximize occupancy, guest satisfaction, and revenue.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, luxury sales, event sales, or VIP hosting required
  • Existing client book or established network of potential VIP guests highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, client development, or relationship management.
  • Active social media presence and comfort promoting events through personal marketing channels preferred.
  • Availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Generate VIP table reservations through networking, personal outreach, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow a loyal book of business consisting of repeat and high-value guests.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals through proactive client engagement and effective sales techniques.
  • Promote VIP experiences, bottle service, special events, and venue programming to prospective and returning guests.
  • Coordinate table reservations, bottle selections, guest preferences, celebrations, and special requests to ensure exceptional experiences.
  • Build lasting relationships with guests through consistent communication and personalized service before, during, and after each visit.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests from reservation through departure, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience.
  • Work collaboratively with management, servers, bartenders, security, and support staff to maximize guest satisfaction and venue revenue.
  • Maintain accurate reservation details and communicate guest information, arrival times, and special accommodations to the operations team.
  • Utilize social media and other personal marketing channels to promote the venue, increase brand awareness, and generate new business.
  • Represent the venue professionally both on and off property while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and integrity.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of venue offerings, upcoming events, bottle menus, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
  • Follow all company policies, alcohol service regulations, and operational standards.
  • Contribute positively to the venue culture and support team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Additional duties as needed within the scope of the role.
