About The Position

Pacha New York is seeking a dynamic and highly connected seasonal VIP Manager to lead and elevate the VIP guest experience in New York. This role is responsible for cultivating high-value client relationships, driving VIP revenue, and ensuring seamless execution of premium hospitality experiences within a fast-paced nightlife and entertainment environment. The ideal candidate has strong local market knowledge, established networks within nightlife, entertainment, and luxury hospitality, and a proven track record in managing high-profile clientele.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in VIP management, nightlife, luxury hospitality, or high-end events in New York, with a strong local industry network.
  • Proven track record in driving VIP sales, increasing revenue, and building long-term client retention.
  • Experience working with high-profile artists, celebrities, and luxury clientele.
  • Commercially driven, highly presentable, and confident, with exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong understanding of New York nightlife regulations and operational compliance.
  • Familiarity with table management systems and CRM platforms.
  • Thrives in high-energy, fast-paced, late-night environments with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Operates with discretion, professionalism, and an entrepreneurial mindset, consistently elevating the guest experience and strengthening brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with VIP clients, high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, artists, and key industry figures, delivering highly personalized and elevated service experiences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP reservations, table bookings, and special requests, maintaining a detailed client database to track preferences, engagement, and spend.
  • Drive VIP table sales and maximize revenue through proactive client engagement, strategic upselling, and alignment with major events and artist programming.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including revenue, client retention, repeat business, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with operations, security, hosts, marketing, and programming teams to ensure flawless pre-event preparation and execution during live and late-night operations.
  • Oversee VIP area readiness, service quality, ambience, and overall guest satisfaction on-site.
  • Represent the brand externally, building strategic partnerships with promoters, concierge services, luxury brands, talent agents, and key nightlife stakeholders in New York.
  • Handle sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and strong conflict-resolution capability.
