About The Position

The VIP Lounge Ambassador delivers exceptional, personalized service to high-value guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable luxury experience within the Wynn VIP Lounge. This role is responsible for anticipating guest needs, maintaining the highest standards of service excellence, and embodying the Forbes Five-Star service philosophy that defines the Wynn brand.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality, VIP services, or high-end food & beverage environments preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine, spirits, and luxury amenities preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must meet grooming and appearance standards consistent with Wynn Las Vegas policies
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, personalized greetings and establish rapport with VIP guests upon arrival
  • Deliver attentive, discreet, and anticipatory service tailored to each guest’s preferences
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of lounge offerings, including premium beverages, culinary selections, and amenities
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Hotel Operations, Casino Hosts, Food & Beverage, Security) to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Monitor lounge atmosphere, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand presentation standards
  • Handle special requests, reservations, and guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when interacting with high-profile guests
  • Process transactions accurately, if applicable, and maintain proper documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
