Responsibilities

Ensure comprehensive account management and first-class service for VIP clients throughout their entire engagement with the company.
Build long-term relationships through inbound support and personalized outbound channels (calls, messages, individual offers, and reactivation campaigns).
Conduct open-source intelligence analysis and regional research to gather key player data, supporting local market initiatives and field team tasks.
Directly issue personalized bonuses without intermediaries, handle manual bet processing, and fulfill individual betting requests.
Track player activity, preferences, and economic performance to shape individualized engagement strategies, leveraging in-depth knowledge of sportsbook and casino products.
Use Tableau and custom data exports/reports to analyze gameplay, identify trends, and optimize player lifetime value.
Act as the primary advocate for assigned players, resolving complex issues internally and promptly escalating critical or sensitive matters to a higher level.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate player profiles, interaction history, and operational notes in CRM platforms, strictly adhering to VIP support protocols.
