Requirements

Responsibilities

  • The VIP Experience: You are the dedicated point of contact for our highest-value customers. You build trust quickly, personalize every interaction, and continuously look for ways to enhance their ownership journey.
  • Proactive Value Creation: You don’t wait for issues; you stay ahead of them. You identify opportunities to add value, improve experiences, and deliver thoughtful touches that elevate the relationship over time.
  • Speed Without Compromise: When something matters to a VIP customer, it matters now. You respond with urgency, take full ownership, and drive resolution without handoffs or delays.
  • Complex Coordination: From multi-step bookings to special requests and high-priority needs, you handle moving parts with confidence and precision. Details matter and you don’t miss them.
  • Human Connection in an AI-Driven World: You leverage tools and systems to move faster but your real value is in how you make customers feel: understood, prioritized, and genuinely cared for.
