The VIP Client Experience Manager owns the coordination of each high-profile guest’s experience after the VIP sales handoff, from commitment through departure from Park City. Working with Dr. Eckel, Kitty, the VIP sales closer, clinic management, and the clinical team, the manager translates each guest’s customized clinical plan into a coordinated, day-by-day itinerary and a seamless guest experience. This includes sequencing appointments and procedures, preparing providers and staff, communicating the schedule to guests, and adapting promptly when plans change. The role is the primary point of contact for VIP guests and their personal or executive assistants. It manages non-clinical logistics such as travel coordination, accommodation guidance, transportation, and special requests; maintains communication before, during, and after visits; and handles sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. The manager also tracks open items and requests, keeps organized engagement records, and serves as an operational bridge between guests, the clinical team, ownership, and the COO. The position is based in Park City, Utah, and is full-time and on-site, with hybrid eligibility after onboarding. Core business hours apply, but responsiveness outside standard hours is expected during active VIP visits. Compensation is $62,000–$75,000 per year.
