About The Position

Provide the best experience for our Guests with elegance, style, finesse and a charming demeanor. Must maintain extensive outlet menu, wine and spirits knowledge. Duties include an extensive beverage preparation and entertainment/flair for the assigned outlet which may include bar, lounge, gaming and dining areas while maintaining proper health standards and a safe environment. Is responsible for processing transactions using the Company's P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances. Maintain the bar is fully stocked, with no product overages of shortages.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverage, cordials, and after-dinner drinks.
• Cash handling experience.
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, and garnishments.
• Understanding of soda, juice, and liquor guns.
• Previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous bartending experience in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue.
• Outgoing personality, warm and friendly demeanor.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Effective listening skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain proper portion control, safety, health, and service standards.
