Requirements

  • Must be age 21
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position
  • Position requires the highest level of hospitality and service
  • Ability to maintain HCA identified responsible alcohol service certification

Responsibilities

  • Monitors guests for signs of intoxication, intervening as needed according to established practices
  • Responsible for knowing all bartending duties
  • Responsible for light food preparation and table service to Living Room guests
  • Clears/cleans tables
  • Maintains stock levels of beverage and paper inventory
  • Adheres to all guidelines associated with responsible alcohol standards
  • Attends all departmental and company meetings as required
