Part-time Violin Teacher - Santa Monica, CA
About The Position
Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional violin instructor to teach part-time at Green Brooms Music Academy, our Santa Monica, CA location. We are looking for teachers who will instruct IN PERSON! Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability. Preferred availability is Monday-Wednesday afternoons/evenings. Ability to teach multiple instruments (especially viola, cello, and/or piano) is desired but not required. Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.
