About The Position

Taylor Management Company is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Violations Inspector for an 804-unit condominium community in Brick, New Jersey. The role helps maintain the community’s appearance, uphold established rules and regulations, and support a positive living environment for residents. The ideal candidate is observant, organized, professional, and comfortable working outdoors while walking or traveling throughout the property.

The schedule is three days per week, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The pay rate is $20 per hour. A Kubota utility vehicle is available for property inspections. No certification is required.

• Be comfortable working outdoors while walking or traveling throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections to identify potential violations of community rules and regulations.
• Document and report findings to community management accurately and promptly.
• Observe property conditions and report maintenance or appearance concerns as appropriate.
• Help maintain well-managed, attractive, and welcoming communities.
