A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… · Respond to phone calls and emails from vendors, clients, and third parties in a timely consistent manner · Support daily interaction with vendors, clients, and third parties while maintaining close relationships to ensure the success of the business · Complete client and vendor tasks · Review loan histories and open violation task reports · Research code violations, servicing neglect issues and fines/assessments · Deal with a variety of clients and investor types for properties that are in a pre or post foreclosure, delinquent loan status WHO YOU ARE You possess … · The ability to work in various proprietary databases doing loan level reviews and entering/updating data · The ability to communicate at all levels, and with clients/vendors; are well spoken and have polished written communication skills · The ability to resolve violations issues · The ability to multitask · The ability to work as an individual as well as a team member · The ability to adapt to constant change with vendors/clients · Adequate computer skills required, uploading and saving documents, sending/receiving emails and to learn new computer systems applications quickly
