Requirements

High School or College graduate
2-5 years experience with eviction/CFK/RAP processes
Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills

Responsibilities

Works closely with assigned eviction attorneys, clients and vendors to work towards a successful lock out
Work under tight timframes with coordinating evictions and locaing a vendor that can complete.
Determine garage sale value of personal property
Monitor personal property postings/evictions
Field internal, attorney, agent, client and vendor questions
Work closely with the Conveyance Cordination Team
Follow through on completion of orders
Provide timely updates to the client on all evictions
Work assigned task within system of record
Document both client and internal systems with clear and timely notes
Understand vendor expectations with what needs to be performed in the field during an eviction, lockout or Final Securing.
Review client system of record to determine if we have the approval to proceed with securing
Open task to communicate with the client when special circumstances arise
Perform all other duties as assigned
