About The Position

ImproveIt! Home Remodeling is seeking a vinyl window installation subcontractor (1-2 man crew) with experience replacing windows in residential homes. This is not a new construction role. The company offers an Installer Business Partner Program designed to eliminate the burdens of prospecting, customer inquiries, and sales, allowing installers to focus on measuring and installation. The program emphasizes excellent pay, quick payment terms, limited travel radius, organized material pickup, and company handling of customer communications and scheduling.

Requirements

• Experience replacing windows in residential homes.
• Experience installing vinyl replacement windows.
• Own a brake to bend aluminum.
• Provide the labor, truck, and tools.
