About The Position

As an installer, you are responsible for the installation of XPEL products in retail, OEM, dealership, or other settings to suit customer needs. This role involves maintaining professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail, and transporting vehicles as required. The position also requires maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality, and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
• 2 years’ experience in automotive film installation or equivalent installation experience in adjacent field
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
• Required to stand/walk/sit for extended periods
• Required to use hands and fingers for extended periods
• Regularly stoop, kneel, and bend
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Install automotive film with a high level of quality
• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations as required
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
