About The Position

At Bear Event Design, we create high-impact environments for corporate events, luxury celebrations, and large-scale activations. Behind every polished install is a team that knows how to execute, cleanly, efficiently, and with pride in the details. We’re looking for a part time Vinyl Applicator / Installer to join our production team. Someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes care of their craft, and knows that great execution is what makes the design come to life.

Requirements

• Experience applying vinyl graphics in a professional hands-on production environment (sign shop, brand activations, fabrication studio, etc.)
• Comfort working with your hands and attention to detail in application work
• A strong work ethic and pride in clean, finished results
• Ability to move efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Confident, hardworking, and honest with an upbeat personality to naturally inspire enthusiasm
• Willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team

Nice To Haves

• Painting, staining, or finishing techniques, experience in a production or fabrication environment

Responsibilities

• Applying vinyl graphics to a wide range of surfaces (dance floors, panels, acrylic, signage, etc.)
• Using an application table to ensure clean, precise installs
• Assisting with specialty graphic installs on-site (approximately 2–4 events per month)
• Preparing products for upcoming events with speed and attention to detail
• Recovering graphics and materials post-event
• Maintaining and cleaning products (including materials like acrylic) for reuse
• Supporting overall shop organization, cleanliness, and safety
