About The Position

The Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is looking for their next on call Villas Bartender! Nestled high above the rolling hills and live oaks of the Texas Hill Country, Signia by Hilton La Cantera offers a serene resort experience featuring over 140,000 sq. ft. of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18-hole championship golf course. Guests can savor bold flavors across four restaurants and five bars, with convenient access to premier shopping, dining, Six Flags, and the San Antonio Airport. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow as a bartender and brings a passion for guest service! Shift Pattern: 2-4 shifts a week. Morning and evening shifts available. Fridays and Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
• Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service
• Use the point-of-sale system to correctly handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
• Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
• Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
