About The Position

The Viewing and Corrections technician is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of ExactPacks, identifying and correcting errors in a timely manner to guarantee accurate and on-time patient delivery. This role involves collaboration with ATP technicians and leadership to prevent future errors and maintain a steady workflow alongside the fulfillment line. The technician is expected to embody the company's CARE Values and deliver on the Patient Promise.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Passion to help people and enrich their lives.
• Hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking.
• Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in this country.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma /GED required.
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, preferred.
• Prior pharmacy technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Viewing orders to ensure ExactPacks are without errors.
• Identifying errors with an ExactPack, whether it be medication, label, or sealer.
• Correcting any ExactPack that has been identified as containing an error.
• Prioritizing workload based on patient need and planned ship date.
• Ensuring orders with extensive errors are processed and completed in a timely manner.
• Maintaining steady workflow throughout the pharmacy.
