About The Position

As a Videographer & Photographer, this person will play a key role in producing high-quality visual content that elevates the Kelley brand across digital platforms, advertising channels, and dealership touchpoints. Responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering compelling photos and video assets that showcase our inventory, promotions, and customer experience. This person will manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quick turnaround times and high production standards. This role requires creativity, efficiency, and the ability to execute under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering a consistent volume of content aligned with monthly marketing priorities and dealership initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Possess knowledge of content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling.
  • Self-motivated, creative and eager to learn.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality, commercial-level video and photo content for OTT, social media, website, and digital advertising platforms, often within tight turnaround times and fast-paced production schedules.
  • Shoot and deliver content across multiple formats (horizontal, vertical, short-form, long-form) optimized for platforms including social, web, and streaming.
  • Capture compelling visuals of vehicle inventory, dealership events, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments that reflect the brand’s quality and professionalism.
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video ads, reels, and short-form content designed to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to highlight priority inventory, monthly promotions, and key dealership initiatives through strong visual storytelling.
  • Execute shoots efficiently while working under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of deliverables, with a defined number of video and photo assets required each month based on dealership priorities, campaigns, and marketing focus.
  • Take ownership of the full production process—from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery—ensuring content is polished, on-brand, and delivered on time.
  • Stay current on video trends, editing styles, and platform best practices to continuously elevate content quality and performance.
  • Manage and maintain camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear to ensure optimal production standards.
  • Assist with additional creative or marketing-related projects as needed to support the overall goals of the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
