About The Position

Pro Athlete is looking for a high-output Videographer & Content Producer to join our creative team. We aren’t looking for a traditional film director; we need a "one-person-band" who thrives on speed and autonomy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of video content for JustBats, JustGloves, JustPaddles, and Field General - from setting up the lights and capturing audio to executing fast-paced edits with simple motion graphics. The ideal candidate can walk into our studio, grab a new product, and turn around a high-quality, "social-ready" video in a matter of hours, not weeks.

Requirements

• A reel or portfolio demonstrating strong lighting techniques, clean audio, and fast-paced editing.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, Capcut, or similar editing software
• Comfortable working with professional DSLR cameras, lighting kits, and diversified audio setups depending on the situation.
• Proven ability to work in a high-volume environment where quick turnarounds are the standard.
• Ability to take a concept and run with it solo—you don't wait for a crew to get to work.
• A genuine interest in sports or the ability to quickly learn the nuances of baseball, softball, and pickleball gear.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of a video project, including setup, filming, audio recording, and post-production.
• Execute high-energy edits under tight deadlines to support our fast-moving e-commerce product launches.
• Expertly handle studio lighting and audio configurations to ensure all products (bats, gloves, paddles) are showcased with premium visual quality.
• Use After Effects to integrate text callouts, transitions, and brand elements that elevate the final product.
• Work alongside the content and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute videos that drive engagement and sales.
• Organize and archive raw footage and final exports to ensure a streamlined workflow for the entire team.
