About The Position

As a P2 Video Producer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex video projects, operating largely independently to deliver strategic creative content. Moving beyond simple task execution, this role utilizes specialized knowledge to translate broad organizational strategies into compelling visual narratives. You will leverage objective and subjective data to inform creative decisions, hone video performance, and ensure corporate messaging resonates deeply with target audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in film/television production, digital media, or communications preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience across a wide range of pre-production, production, and post-production tasks, with a proven track record of executing work independently.
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Advanced knowledge of digital video cameras, lighting techniques, audio recording, and applying data analytics to creative content.
  • Must provide a diverse show reel demonstrating strategic storytelling, editing, and technical production capabilities as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the independent production and editing of complex, high-quality video content for marketing & communications campaigns, large-scale events, and executive messaging.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert with a productive understanding of the video production functional area, ensuring all deliverables align with overarching brand and communication strategies.
  • Owns project timelines, resource allocation, and production schedules, taking accountability for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of your work and that of external vendors.
  • Helps others get stuff done by managing logistics efficiently (e.g., studio maintenance, location scouting, crew coordination) and stepping in to troubleshoot production needs.
  • Communicates in a clear, professional, and concise manner. Facilitates effective creative meetings and leads discussions with cross-functional partners and on-camera talent.
  • Builds strong partnerships across peer groups and delegates specific execution tasks to preferred vendors, ensuring they meet our quality and brand standards.
  • Utilizes performance metrics, audience engagement data, and A/B testing to evaluate video impact and continuously refine creative strategies.
  • Thinks critically to recommend solutions for production conflicts or process inefficiencies, developing potential ideas and solutions for workflow improvement.
  • Navigates the production environment with emotional intelligence, ensuring on-set comfort for executives, patients, and teammates while holding yourself accountable for your impact on others.
  • Takes the initiative to maintain or improve team culture, actively participating and leading the way amongst peers when it comes to adopting new production changes or technologies.
  • Dedicated time to shape the “What” and “Why” of major Village campaigns by integrating data-driven insights into the video creation process.
  • Expand your growth mindset by independently using Village development resources, testing new production methodologies, and refining your craft based on continuous feedback.
