Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in video production within an advertising agency
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the business and operational aspects of Merge video team production.
- Managing the post production process from timeline development, resourcing, internal review management and final asset deployment.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the video production team and other internal Merge teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule.
- Oversee the entire post production workflow, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Ensure that the creative vision and client expectations are met.
- Organize the people and resources required for each project.
- Oversee QC and asset management for the video production team.
