About The Position

The Video Producer develops and produces compelling video and multimedia content that advances Fello’s mission, strengthens its brand, and supports organizational priorities. This hands-on role takes projects from concept through final delivery, including creative development, production, filming, editing, and post-production, while collaborating with the Director of Strategic Communications and colleagues across Fello to create engaging content for digital, social, web, fundraising, internal communications, events, and other organizational needs.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Can plan and run shoots, including lighting, audio, equipment, and location logistics.
• Natural storyteller with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Can distill complex messages into compelling, authentic visual narratives.
• Works well under pressure, manages multiple projects and deadlines, and collaborates effectively with colleagues across the organization.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• High school diploma.
• Three years of experience in video production and creating multimedia content.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in communications, video production, film, media arts, or a related field preferred.
• Graphic design and photography experience are also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and produces compelling video and multimedia content that advances Fello’s mission, strengthens its brand, and supports organizational priorities.
• Takes projects from concept through final delivery, including creative development, production, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Collaborates with the Director of Strategic Communications and colleagues across Fello to create engaging content for digital, social, web, fundraising, internal communications, events, and other organizational needs.
• Creates motion graphics such as logo stings, lower thirds, title screens, and animated infographics.
• Plans and runs shoots, including lighting, audio, equipment, and location logistics.
