About The Position

Creative Edge, Inc. (operating as NeigerDesign, A Creative Edge Company) is a full-service marketing and creative agency seeking to build a trusted bench of freelance specialists to support project teams. They work across branding & design, digital marketing, video production, and web services for a diverse client base. This role is for a Freelance Video Producer / Editor to support both production and post-production needs for client projects, ranging from brand and testimonial videos to social-first content and full campaign pieces. Some engagements will be editing-only, while others will involve full-day shoots on location.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional video production and/or editing experience.
• Reel demonstrating both technical quality (lighting, audio, composition) and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus).
• Able to travel to shoot locations in the Southeast Missouri and/or Chicago region for in-person projects.

Responsibilities

• Shoot on-location video for corporate, brand, and testimonial projects (camera, audio, and basic lighting setup).
• Edit raw footage into finished deliverables: brand videos, social cuts, voiceover-driven explainer content.
• Work from creative briefs and existing brand video style guides.
• Manage footage organization, backups, and file handoff per project.
• Incorporate feedback through structured revision rounds.
