About The Position
KVVU, FOX5, Las Vegas requires knowledge of non-linear video editing. Must be capable of editing news stories in various forms for newscasts and various digital platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of prior Editor experience, preferably in a TV Newsroom.
- Flexible work hours required.
Nice To Haves
- College degree preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Receive and follow instructions on editing ENG material from talent or producers.
- Edit video as assigned for newscasts and various digital platforms.
- Upload/download video to partner outlets/platforms.
- Communicate with team in the newsroom.
