About The Position

Danner's Incorporated is seeking dedicated and dependable Video Monitors to join our growing Security Surveillance Division. In this role, you will serve as the eyes and ears of our clients, monitoring live surveillance systems, identifying potential threats, and helping coordinate responses that protect people, property, and critical assets. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and maintain focus for extended periods
Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing
Exceptional attention to detail
Can remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations
Enjoys problem-solving and critical thinking
Communicates professionally and effectively
Is comfortable using technology and multiple computer systems
Can work independently while contributing to a team environment
Takes pride in protecting people and property

Nice To Haves

Previous security, surveillance, dispatch, CCTV, or monitoring experience
Security license
Experience working in law enforcement, public safety, emergency communications, or related fields

Responsibilities

Actively observe live surveillance systems
Identify suspicious or unusual activity
Document incidents
Communicate with clients, field personnel, and emergency responders when necessary
Monitor multiple camera systems and surveillance platforms
Identify security threats, suspicious activity, and safety concerns
Respond to alarms, alerts, and critical incidents
Communicate with clients, field teams, dispatchers, and law enforcement
Document incidents accurately and professionally
Review recorded footage for investigations and client requests
Maintain detailed activity logs and monitoring records
